Stichting Jarige Job carefully processes the personal data of children supplied by applicants of birthday boxes. Stichting Jarige Job only collects the personal data that is strictly necessary to enable Stichting Jarige Job to provide its services, and does not keep a database of birthdays. The register of processing operations specifies what kind of personal data this is.
Other processing
Stichting Jarige Job does not process personal data for commercial purposes, such as advertising or third-party offers. Stichting Jarige Job complies with the privacy legislation set out in the GDPR when acquiring, processing, storing and managing personal data. Stichting Jarige Job only retains personal data for as long as the nature of the content is necessary for the foundation to provide its services.
Consent
Stichting Jarige Job has asked its partners to include in their procedures a request for consent to process personal data when an application is submitted for a birthday box, in compliance with the privacy legislation set out in the GDPR. Stichting Jarige Job also enters into processing agreements with its partners. The personal data necessary to provide the services, all in the broadest sense, are only processed and/or retained if explicit consent is given to do so. Explicit consent is considered given by the act of submitting personal data.
