Your data will be used exclusively for sending communications. If you receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe yourself at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our services (e.g. a payment provider for donations) or when we are legally obliged to do so. We conclude processing agreements with external parties that process your data in order to protect your data. Stichting Jarige Job uses services of processors that mainly have their servers within the EEA (European Economic Area). In addition, data is processed in countries outside the EEA due to ICT systems. This happens as little as possible and only if there are sufficient guarantees to assume that the transfer fits within the laws and regulations.

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law:

Donation data: 7 years

Birthday box request data: We retain your data and that of your parent(s)/guardian(s) for 10 years after the end of the accountability period within which the grant awarded to us is obtained and within which the application was made. An accountability period lasts a maximum of 4 years. Once this retention period expires, we will delete the data.

Volunteer data: as long as you are active as a volunteer
